Persons who are communicating at remote places can easily connect their communication devices. For example, a user A of an IP telephone terminal a1 wants to transmit a still image to a user B with whom he/she is communicating via an IP telephone terminal b1. In this case, the IP telephone terminal a1 acquires the FAX number of a communication device of the user B which can receive the still image such as FAX from the IP telephone terminal b1. The IP telephone terminal a1 transmits the acquired FAX number, for example, to a FAX-a2 connected by a domestic LAN. The FAX-a2 which has received it calls the received FAX number. That is, the IP telephone terminal a1 having the communication control device acquires a communication address required for the third communication function during communication and reports it to the communication device a2 by the second communication function.
