<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive polyamide acid composition which results in a transparent polyimide resin to be suitably used for an optical waveguide material as well as optical use because the composition does not color when the polyamide acid is heated or hardened, and to provide an optical polyimide resin obtained from the composition, and further, to provide an optical waveguide obtained by using the polyimide resin. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive polyamide acid composition contains (A) polyamide acid prepared from a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and diamine, (B) 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of a carbamate compound which produces a basic compound by irradiation with light based on 100 parts by weight of the above polyamide acid, and (C) 5 to 50 parts by weight of glycol(ether) such as polyethyleneglycol dimethylether. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
