<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and more economically bury a small-diameter buried pipe than in a cut and cover tunneling method, without affecting surrounding ground or an adjacent structure, by inserting the small-diameter buried pipe such as an electric power pipe, to which a propulsive force is hardly applied due to low strength, into natural ground without imposing a load of the propulsive force on the buried pipe. <P>SOLUTION: In this driving equipment which is used for constructing a small-diameter pipeline by a slurry pressure-type two-process jacking method, a drive unit 9, which transfers a driving force to a cutter of an excavator 1 via a drive shaft 7, is installed in a starting shaft Ta; the drive shaft 7 is constituted as a single shaft which is connected by being sequentially added according to the extension of a propulsion distance from the starting shaft Ta to the excavator 1; the cutters, which are driven by the drive shaft 7, are rotary cutters 3 which are each formed like a straight line and which are arranged in a longitudinally and laterally alternate manner by making a central part serve as a rotary shaft part; and each of the rotary cutter 3 is reversely rotated so as not to interfere with one another. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
