<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply appropriately calculate a comprehensive medical expense. <P>SOLUTION: A hospitalization medical point calculating apparatus 100 comprises a sickness and injury name input section 201 inputting sickness and injury names; a detailed sickness and injury name output section 202 outputting a group of the detailed sickness and injury names associated with the sickness and wounds names inputted from the sickness and injury input section 201; a major sickness and injury name selection section 203 selecting a major sickness and injury name, based on the group of the detailed sickness and injury names outputted from the detailed sickness and injury name output section 202; a medical point extracting section 207 deciding the medical points, being the basis for calculating hospitalization expenses per day out of a medical point group (a conditional point record DB (Database) 123) fractionated on a major sickness and injury name basis according to the medial care applied to a patient, based on the major sickness and injury name selected by the major sickness and injury name selection section 203; and a hospitalization point calculating section 208 calculating the hospitalization points, based on the medical points decided by the medical point extracting section 207 and hospitalization days. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
