<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system which is a DPC number determination aid system for facilitating a comprehensive payment system based on DPC, supports appropriate determination of accidents and sickness and promptly and easily determines a code and a name of the DPC. <P>SOLUTION: This DPC support tool consists of a DPC classification data recording means for recording DPC classification data, a means for inputting or determining patient basic information, hospitalization basic information, the accident and sickness, operation information and auxiliary treatment, respectively, a DPC retrieval/output means for retrieving and outputting DPC classification applicable to them, a DPC simulation means for outputting DPC information applicable to all combination of the accident and sickness, operation, treatment and the auxiliary treatment, a DPC logic output means for outputting logic of DPC determination applicable to the determined DPC and a DPC memorandum data storage means for storing arbitrary pieces of information by every DPC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
