<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a single worker to easily and efficiently remove a car window glass. <P>SOLUTION: A car window glass removing device which is mounted on a glass surface and used comprises a turning plate with a steel wire wound therearound, a rotary shaft with a spring wound therearound, a base to hold the turning shaft and a spring end, and a ratchet mechanism.
