<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reflector whose cost is low and which has satisfactory workability and heat radiation. <P>SOLUTION: A white resin film which contains 70 to 150 mass parts of a white pigment with respect to 100 mass parts of resin and whose thickness is 30 to 150μm is applied on the chemical film of one surface of an aluminum plate having a chemical film on both surfaces and this surface is made a reflection surface, and moreover, a black resin film which has film thickness of 1-50μm and infrared emission rate of ≥50% and is comprised of at least one or two kinds of resin selected from fluororesin, epoxy resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin, urethane resin is applied on the chemical film of the other surface of the aluminum plate and this surface is made a heat radiating surface.
