<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable resistor apparatus where a resistance value hardly changes even when used for a long period in wet atmosphere. <P>SOLUTION: The resistor apparatus is provided with electrodes 12, 12 on the surface of an insulator substrate 11. A resistor 13 is arranged between the electrodes, and covered with a protective coat. The resistor apparatus is provided with a first protective coat 16 for locally coating an area where the trimming groove 14 of the resistor is formed, and a second protective coat 17 for coating the whole of the resistor including the area coated with the first protective coat. The first protective coat 16 consists of material excellent in moisture resistance. In this case, silicone resin is suitable for the first protective coat 16, and epoxy resin is suitable for the second protective coat 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
