<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process management system without use of an expensive system, that is capable of relieving a centralized management server device of the burden of storing and managing process data distributed and stored in different server devices for different departments. <P>SOLUTION: The process management system includes a plurality of server devices each of which stores the process data, and a centralized management server device connected to the plurality of server devices via a network. The plurality of server devices each include a database for storing the process data and a transfer data creating part that creates transfer data from the process data, the transfer data serving as data for transferring the process data thoroughly and one part at a time to the centralized management server device.
