PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data structure suitable for right management for multimedia type contents, a recording medium stored with data that has the data structure, and an apparatus and a method for reproducing the data.

SOLUTION: The computer-readable recording medium stores license data to allow computers to use content data which comprises a plurality of resources, the license data having a condition specification structure for use in a resource unit, in which use conditions in computers for every resource are specified.
