PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a behavior taken before a user moves to a place in a reception unstable state when the user returns to a place in a reception stable state after moving once to the place in the reception unstable state, and inform the user thereof. SOLUTION: The receiver receives a digital signal, verifies whether the receiving state of the digital signal is stable, and holds receiver executing conditions while receiving in a stable state at the time of transition from a stable state to an unstable state. It informs a user when the receiving condition of the digital signal changes from the unstable state to the stable state. At the same time, it reads out the receiver executing conditions while receiving in the held stable state, and returns the digital signal reception to the original executing conditions.
