PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking plate for a food oven having a more enhanced heat conduction capacity than a known cooking plate. SOLUTION: This cooking plate 10 for the foods oven is provided with a plurality of projections 13 for enhancing the heat exchange by the heat conduction on a surface 11 which exists in the lower side of an upper retaining surface 12 retaining foods to be cooked, the projections 13 are composed of a plurality of rivets 14 extending in the axial direction of an axis approximately orthogonally to the upper part retaining surface 12, and the rivet 14 has a truncated cone shape and is tapered downward.
