PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflow furnace which gets rid of a fault due to a customary reflow furnace where a solder paste containing flux is used, an organic matter containing the flux arises in reflow heating, an air containing a harmful organic matter is discharged to the outside through an exhaust blower, therefore, it is not desirable for an environment, and the flux etc. are deposited in a connection tube which is a passage of an atmosphere to be discharged outside the furnace and it catches fire to be apt to become a fire. SOLUTION: The reflow furnace includes an atmosphere blowing outlet which blows a high-temperature atmosphere into a work passage, an atmosphere suction duct, an atmosphere circulating blower which collects the atmosphere sucked through the exhaust tube by the atmosphere suction duct to circulate the atmosphere to the atmosphere blowing outlet, a flux removing duct interposed in the exhaust tube, and the cooling means of the flux removing duct.
