PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compatibilizer for obtaining a composition which comprises a resin obtained by rubber-modifying an aromatic vinyl-based resin and/or an aromatic vinyl-based polymer, and a resin obtained by rubber-modifying an aromatic vinyl-unsaturated nitrile-based resin and/or an aromatic vinyl-unsaturated nitrile-based copolymer, and of which delamination is suppressed and impact resistance is good. SOLUTION: The compatibilizer comprises 10 to 80 wt.% of a polyphenylene ether-based resin, 10 to 60 wt.% of a polymethyl methacrylate-based resin, and 5 to 50 wt.% of a resin obtained by rubber-modifying the copolymer of aromatic vinyl and unsaturated nitrile.
