PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable processor which can shift mobile control panels while surely supporting many heavy cables for coupling two control panels when moving the mobile control panels. SOLUTION: Wiring arms for coupling two control panels are roughly U-shaped by interposing a wiring arm for coupling between two wiring arms, and this U-shaped on-rack wiring arm is provided fixedly with a guide rail for supporting heavy cables and a load cradle. Thus, this cable processor can shift the mobile control panel while supporting the wiring arms for coupling with this load cradle. Moreover, a link for symmetrically opening and closing the U-shaped on-rack wiring arms consisting of two wiring arms and one wiring arm for coupling is attached to it, and further it is made in multistage tray system for passing a large number of thick and heavy signal cables and power cables, and also each stage is electrically screened from the next for prevention of noise mixing.
