摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation cabinet structure for electronic equipment which is high in heat radiation effect. SOLUTION: The radiation cabinet structure comprises a cabinet comprising a casing 2 wherein an electronic equipment 3 which generates heat is received; a heat radiating plate 4 attached to the electronic equipment 3 to radiate heat through heat radiation; and a heat absorbing plate 5 arranged so as to be the inner surface of the casing 2 and provided at a position opposed to the heat radiating plate 4 with a predetermined gap to absorb heat radiated from the heat radiating plate 4 through heat radiation. In this case, the heat radiating plate 4 is constituted of a heat radiating film or an aluminum oxide film formed on an aluminum matrix thermally connected to or integrated with the electronic equipment 3, while the heat absorbing plate 5 is constituted of a heat absorbing film or the aluminum oxide film formed on the aluminum matrix thermally connected to or integrated with the casing 2. According to this constitution, the heat of the electronic equipment 3 is radiated effectively from the heat radiating plate 4 to the heat absorbing plate 5 through heat radiating effect.
