PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burning of a coil 7 and an insulating member 8 of a stator 6 caused when the stator 6 is treated for shrinkage fitting or weld-fixing to a shell 4 as a container 1. SOLUTION: When a stator 6 is treated for shrinkage fitting or weld-fixing to a shell 4, the stator 6 is cooled by a cooling means 21, so as to prevent the stator 6 from getting high temperature, and surely fix the stator 6 to the shell 4 without burning of parts weak for heats such as an insulating member 8.
