PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking lot gate apparatus capable of preventing the two-wheeled vehicle such as a bicycle and a motor cycle from dishonestly passing in succession. SOLUTION: The bicycle parking lot gate apparatus 100 is equipped with a gate 21 (23) having one side section fixed to a vertical rotary shaft, a gate 22 (24) having one side section fixed to the vertical rotary shaft and a mechanism holding a rotation phase difference between the gate 21 (23) and the gate 22 (24) at about 90 degrees.
