PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain coated paper for printing, which is produced by two-layer coating by a paper machine and a coater and controls a yellow change in roll base paper. SOLUTION: In coated paper for printing having an undercoat layer and a topcoat layer on base paper, the undercoat layer contains 8-15% based on the whole pigment of a latex having -30 to 0°C Tg, 0-10% acrylonitrile amount, 80-95% gel content and having 100-170 nm particle diameters. Acrylonitrile content in the latex is reduced so that the yellow change of ground fabric after undercoating is controlled even if the coated paper for printing is exposed to a relatively high temperature for many hours in a state of roll ground fabric.
