PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-proof laminate having water-disintegrable properties enabling reutilization as a waste paper, and emitting extremely reduced odor. SOLUTION: The moisture-proof laminate having a moisture-proof layer containing a synthetic resin and formed on the surface of a paper support contains a cyclodextrin. Preferably, the cyclodextrin is contained in the moisture-proof layer. The synthetic resin is one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of an aromatic vinylic polymer, an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid ester-based polymer and an amorphous polyolefin-based polymer in the moisture-proof laminate.
