PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a keratotic plug remover forming a film having high strengths even in high humidity, surly removing the keratotic plug clogged in the pores, and to provide a pack for the pores of the skin using the remover. SOLUTION: This keratotic plug remover is produced by using a polymer (A) and a nonionic polymer (B), wherein the mixing ratio by weight is (A):(B)=30:70 to 70:30, (A) is (1) a vinyl monomer having a (meth)acryloyl skeleton or styrene skeleton and a sulfonic group or its salt, (2) a copolymer copolymerizable with the vinyl monomer, (3) polysaccharides having a sulfonic group or its salt or (4) a homopolymer of vinylsulfonic acid, allylsulfonic acid or a salt thereof and (B) is a selected from (5) a homopolymer of a vinyl monomer having amide group, (6) a copolymer of the vinyl monomer with a monomer copolymerizable with the vinyl monomer, (7) polyethylene glycols, and the like.
