PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture correcting belt capable of relieving the pain from the user by eliminating use of a fastener such as a metal fitting while improving the operability in attaching/detaching the corrector in a corrector wound around legs and fixed for correcting the posture of a user, and a method of using the same. SOLUTION: The posture correcting belt comprises a band belt body 1 with a predetermined width and length, a first connection sheet 2 fixed at a position near one end of a first face 1a of the belt body over the predetermined length, and a second connection sheet 3 fixed at a position near the other end of a second face 1b of the belt body over the prescribed width.
