PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator for a cosmetic capable of easily exuding fine powder or liquid inside a capsule to the outside. SOLUTION: A liquid chemical, a chemical, cosmetic liquid or cosmetic fine powder is enclosed in a housing part of the capsule in a roughly semispherical shape or roughly semielliptic spherical shape comprising the housing part composed of a flexible thermoplastic synthetic resin film having an easy-to-break part and an upper lid composed of a non-breaking hard or semi-hard thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet, and it is incorporated in the application tool composed by laminating an application surface material and a top surface material and joining a peripheral edge.
