PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide enzyme activity measuring apparatus capable of more accurately measuring the activity of enzyme in measuring the activity of the enzyme by using an enzyme activity measuring reagent, and to provide a method for measuring the activity of enzyme, sample transfer apparatus and color measuring apparatus. SOLUTION: The enzyme activity measuring apparatus comprising a reagent/sample disposing unit 5 configured to dispose a sample and a reagent containing member 13 including the enzyme activity measuring reagent at a distance from each other, a sample transfer unit 7 configured to bring the sample and the reagent containing member 13 disposed into contact with each other, and to transfer a predetermined volume of the sample to the reagent containing member, a color depth measuring unit 9 configured to measure a color depth of reagent included in the reagent containing member 13 when predetermined time is elapsed after the sample is transferred, and an enzyme activity detector CPU101 configured to detect the activity of enzyme included in the sample based on the color depth measured by the color depth measuring unit.
