The present invention relates to a field converter capable of varying a surrounding space thereof into a state suitable for peoples, animals and plants by acting on the peripheral space. The present invention also relates to a fluid processing device using the field converter, which is usable for processing liquid and gas. The present invention is that hexagon nut shaped material pieces of stainless steel and the like are heat-treated and oriented such that the material pieces form up into a kind of concentric circles and make single plane, with drawing lines linked the center points of the hexagonal nut shaped material pieces positioned the outermost circumferentially periphery of the concentric arrangement forming up into an equilateral hexagon and such arrangement is retained. Also, a fluid processing device comprises hallow container that such field converter is positioned in. The field converter is usable as a device to create a space for reducing stress in peoples and animals. The fluid processing device is usable as water supply equipment in order to reduce odor exhaled by hoggery, and also usable for processing beverages for people.
