The invention relates to a slide-in device which is made from a semi-rigid plastic that is cut, thermoformed and folded. The inventive pouch comprises two elements (A and B), one of which can slide inside the other, and each element can contain at least one removable information booklet. The upper left corner of the assembly preferably comprises an anchoring slot (15) which enables the device to be stored on a suitable cylindrical support (22).
