HYDROGEN PRODUCTION SYSTEM BY REFORMING HYDROCARBON

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrocarbon reforming system easy in the start-up/stoppage or the load follow-up for producing pure hydrogen by using oxygen and separating carbon dioxide which is a global warming gas.

SOLUTION: In the hydrogen producing system having a reformer 1 for producing a reformed gas containing hydrogen by reacting an oxygen-containing hydrocarbon and/or a hydrocarbon with separately supplied oxygen and steam and a hydrogen separator 2 for separating a gas containing hydrogen to be in high purity using a hydrogen separation membrane from the reformed gas, a gas which is not permeated through the hydrogen separation membrane is supplied to a carbon dioxide separator 3 having a carbon dioxide separation membrane or an absorber as it is in a high temperature state without being cooled to separate a gas containing carbon dioxide to be in high purity and a part of the residual gas is purged and the remaining gas is recirculated to the reformer in a high temperature state.
