<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical information recording medium which has excellent recording characteristics with less variations in recording, and an optical information recording medium manufactured by this method, and an optical information recording method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of an optical information recording medium includes a step of forming a recording layer on a base plate of 0.7-2 mm thick, a step of forming a barrier layer in vacuum on this recording layer, and a step of adhering a cover layer of 0.01-0.5 mm thick on this barrier layer through an adhesive agent or a tacky agent. The temperature of the adhering surface of the above barrier layer is 10-40°C. The optical information recording medium is manufactured by this manufacturing method. A laser beam of a 100-600 nm wavelength is projected from the above cover layer side to the optical information recording medium manufactured by this manufacturing method to record information by forming pits on the above recording layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
