PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent freezing of a coil when outside temperature decreases below the freezing point. SOLUTION: This outside air processing device X for air conditioning circulates high temperature water (150-120°C) between heat source equipment 1 and a heat exchange coil unit 2 comprising a hot water coil 21 via a pressure pipe (thermal medium water outward pipe 11; thermal medium water backward pipe 14), generates temperature-controlled air (20-40°C) by heating outside air introduced inside a casing 3 of the heat exchange coil unit 2 via an outside air introduction duct 6, and delivers the air to the outdoor side by a blower 4. In order to prevent freezing of a coil in winter, a freezing preventive temperature sensor 61 is provided to a pipe in the back flow of a motor damper 7 interposed in an outside air introduction duct 6, a projector 5 (heating light source equipment) is closely installed inside the casing 3 without contacting the heat exchange coil unit 2, and an interlock means 10 is provided for operating and controlling projecting/stopping of the projector 5 with linkage under respectively different operation conditions on the basis of the projecting/stopping state of the blower 4, the operation states of peripheral devices, and the signal output from the freezing preventive temperature sensor 61.
