<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing a receipt, which implements to process registering and retrieving the receipt with a small number of staff members in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The system for managing the receipt comprises an inquiry terminal 111 which inputs order entry data for merchandise and outputs them to an information processing center 120. The information processing center 120 inputs the order entry data from the inquiry terminal 111 and outputs shipping data of the merchandise to a warehouse 130 after generating the shipping data of the merchandise. The system comprises a shipping data control unit 131 which inputs the shipping data from the information processing center 120 and outputs a sheet of the receipt on a printer, and an OCR 136 which inputs the sheet of the receipt signed by a customer and generates data for the receipt and image data of the receipt scanned by the OCR 136 and also outputs data for the receipt and image data of the receipt to a receipt data management unit 122. The receipt data management unit 122 stores the data in a memory region and outputs the receipt data and the image data to the inquiry terminal 111 after receiving a request for retrieving the receipt data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
