<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signal transmission apparatus and a digital signal recording apparatus which reduce jitter of a packet of an input signal and perform transmission or recording without using time entry wherein an internal analysis of a digital signal is needed. <P>SOLUTION: The digital signal transmission apparatus which transmits a digital signal of packet format is provided with an arrival time entry attaching means which attaches arrival time entry of each packet, a packet spacing computation means which obtains sending-out interval of the packets from the attached arrival time entry, a timing formation means which forms packet sending-out timing from packet interval information, and a packet sending-out means which sends out a packet on the basis of the timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
