PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/feed control method which reduces the heat loss of a current control circuit, and a charging/feeding system. SOLUTION: The potential difference between the input and output of a current control FET circuit 16 is detected by an external voltage monitoring circuit 26 and a battery voltage monitoring circuit 28. The potential difference is transferred to CPU24. The CPU 24 gets the set current value corresponding to the load state by retrieving a current value setting table 25, in the load state of a mobile phone 10, if the potential value is over the threshold. A set current value is set to a current setting circuit 30 and the current corresponding to the set current value is supplied to a battery and a load device via a current control FET circuit 16.
