PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communications apparatus wherein alarming is automatically turned off, even if the user forgets to operate alarm-off procedure. SOLUTION: A control circuit detects a signal from a charging detection section, denoting a change from a non-charging state into a charging state (step S2), starts charging (step S6), when the control circuit discriminates that the current time is between 10:00 and 13:00 (step S4); and when the control circuit detects (step S7) the signal from the charging detection section, representing a change from the charging state into the non charging state or discriminates a reply to an incoming call (steps S8, S9), the control circuit turns off alarm (step S11).
