PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated body wherein the contact area between an organic thin film and a metal film is sufficiently large, and to provide a method for manufacturing an organic FET. SOLUTION: The laminated body 1 is fabricated by laminating an organic thin film 2 and a metal film 4, and then a pressure is applied to the laminated body 1 in the direction of the lamination of the organic thin film 2 and the metal film 4.
