PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device, which is suitable for connection of conductors having a crimping terminal and facilitates connection work, and by which a plurality of conductors are surely connected. SOLUTION: The terminal device comprises: an insertion part 3 into which a conductor 2 is inserted; a terminal plate 4 attaching to the conductor 2; an abutting part 5 crimping the conductor 2 onto the terminal plate 4; a biasing means 6 for biasing the terminal plate 4 to the abutting part 5; and a locking member 7 which is displaced to a locking position or to a locking release position and locks the conductor 2; where the conductor 2 is shaped so as to be able to thread the locking member 7 into the inside of the conductor 2 from the inserting-and-ejecting direction to an insertion part 3, and the locking member 7 is arranged so that the locking member 7 is displaced from the locking position to the locking release position when the conductor 2 is going to be inserted, and the locking member 7 is inserted into the inside of the conductor 2, and then the locking member 7 can be displaced from the locking release position to the locking position in the inside of the conductor 2 when the conductor 2 has been inserted.
