PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the wear of a wiper and save a washing fluid in a wiper control system wiping out the specified window pane of an automobile. SOLUTION: The wiping area 15 of a wiper blade WB is made variable and the wiper blade WB is drivingly controlled. The wiping area is specified and inputted by an input device, the rotating angle of a stepping motor is limited to the wiping area specified and inputted by the input device, and the wiper is drivingly controlled. By this, the wiper blade WB can be reciprocatingly driven in the wiping area 15. Accordingly, the wiper blade WB does not wipe out the window pane in a meaningless wide area, and the wear of the wiper blade WB can be reduced.
