PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise in an engine hood of construction machinery, an engine room structure of construction machinery, and a cooling device of construction machinery. SOLUTION: This engine hood of construction machinery for opening/closing a maintenance opening formed in the upper wall surface 22 of an engine room storing an engine 26, a cooling fan 25, and a cooling package 24 installed on the upstream side of the cooling fan 25 in the axial flow direction Y, the maintenance opening comprises a swelled plate 41 formed to be swelled upward relative to the upper wall surface 22 when the maintenance opening is closed and having cooling air discharge ports 41ba and 42ea formed on the downstream side of the cooling fan in the axial direction Y and in the swing flow direction.
