PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for a tendon which can lighten work in the field, integrate a tendon with concrete, prevent the corrosion of the tendon, and surely control the strainable period of the tendon and the curing time of a curable resin and the tendon. SOLUTION: The cover 1 for the tendon has a first layer 110 for covering the surface of the tendon 100, a second layer 120 formed on the outside of the first layer 110, and a third layer 130 formed on the outside of the second layer 120. The first layer 110 is formed from the powder of an epoxy resin of a curable resin. The second layer 120 contains an epoxy resin, a ketimine compound, magnesium sulfate -7 hydrate, and calcium oxide.
