PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a prestressed building structure facilitated not only in the transport in a distribution stage but also in the handling in a building execution stage, capable of achieving weight reduction and enhanced in yield strength such as bending toughness or the like. SOLUTION: This prestressed building structure 2 is equipped with a rectangular parallelpiped hollow laminated material 6 having a rectangular cavity part 4 provided therein longitudinally and the tensile material 8 passed through the rectangular cavity part 4, and the hollow laminated material 6 is prestressed through the tensile material 8 by post tension. The hollow laminated material 6 is constituted of a large number of laminae 16a etc. and 16b etc. each of which is formed as a long member by sawing wood produced as a woody waste material accompanied, for example, by the disassembling of a wooden house.
