PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control device for easily realizing shift operation, by using a robot and a robot or the robot and a position. SOLUTION: This control device of an automatic machine is composed of one master automatic machine 100, and one or more of slave automatic machines 101 for operating by interlocking with the master automatic machine 100, and controls the master automatic machine 100 and the slave automatic machines 101. The control device of the automatic machine is characterized by having a slave coordinate system shift quantity input part 1 for inputting a shift quantity on a coordinate system of the slave automatic machines 101, and a master coordinate system shift quantity converting part 2 for converting a slave coordinate system shift quantity into a shift quantity on a master coordinate system.
