PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape holder capable of picking and extracting a tip part of a tape by a series of smooth operation, as the tape holder for a nonadhesive tape (including a self-adhesive tape). SOLUTION: A tape roll support shaft 12 is arranged inside a holder body 11. A tape guide slit 13 for communicating the inside and the outside of the holder body 11, a tape abutting guide 14 extending by bending in an angle shape, and a tape cutting blade 15 of a saw blade shape, are arranged in a row in a side end part of the holder body 11. A double-sided adhesive sheet piece 16 is stuck to a part extending on the tape guide slit 13 side (the anti-tape cutting blade 15 side) of an angle-shaped bending part among the tape guide 14.
