摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transport and take-out/put-in a workpiece in an enlarging trend, without lowering the efficiency of transportation and taking-out/putting-in of the workpiece. SOLUTION: The workpiece transporting robot is provided with a driving arm 3 and driving links 6/7, which are driven to revolve around the common axial center by different driving systems, and first/second revolving arms 4/5 which are made freely revolvable in parallel with each other to the driving arm 3 around the common axial center. The robot is also provided with first driven arms 9/10 and second driven arms 11/12 for connecting the driving arm 3 with the first/second revolving arms 4/5, and first/second reinforcing links 26/25, in which a pair of mutually freely rotatably connected reinforcing arms 27/28 are provided freely rotatably to the driving arm 3 and the first/second revolving arms 4/5 respectively and which connect the arms. Freely rotatable connection link arms are respectively provided to the mutual connection parts of each reinforcing arm in each link.
