摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro flow path structure for preparing fine particles which are produced in a flow path on an intersection part between a dispersion phase flowing in a micro channel and a continuous phase intersecting the dispersion phase and has a uniform particle size of≤10% in particle size dispersion, and to provide a method for producing fine particle using the micro flow path structure. SOLUTION: The micro flow path structure is composed of an inlet port and dispersion phase introducing flow path for introducing the dispersion phase and an inlet port and continuous phase introducing flow path for introducing the continuous phase, and a discharge flow path and a discharge port for discharging fine particles generated from the dispersion phase and the continuous phase, wherein the size of the fine particles is controlled by discharging the continuous phase into the dispersion phase flowing in the micro channel, in the direction of intersecting at an arbitrary angle with respect to the dispersion phase flow, from a supply port of the continuous phase, so that the fine particles are formed from the dispersion phase by means of a shear force between the continuous phase and the wall surface in the flow path.
