PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid separator capable of maintaining a high gas-liquid separation efficiency by efficiently separating condensed water falling down along the inner peripheral wall surface of a steam pipe. SOLUTION: An inlet 1 and an outlet 2 are formed coaxially on a casing 3 of this gas-liquid separator. An expanded part 8 is arranged in the central portion of the casing 3 and a cylindrical liquid collecting member 4 is incorporated in the expanded part. Shifting members 12, 13 are fit to the end of the inlet 1 side of the liquid collecting member 4. A liquid flow passage 5 is arranged between the liquid collecting member 4 and the casing 3. A liquid discharging port 6 is fit to the bottom end of the liquid flow passage 5. The condensed water falling down along the inner peripheral wall surface of the steam pipe is made to flow in the casing from the inlet 1 of this gas-liquid separator 7 and pass through the liquid flow passage 5 through the shifting members 12, 13 and discharged to the outside from a valve 11 so that the condensed water can be separated from steam.
