PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the user's convenience of an organic waste treatment apparatus. SOLUTION: This organic waste treatment apparatus is equipped with a treatment container 1 for the vapor decomposition of organic waste X under a predetermined treatment condition, an operation panel 10 for manually inputting the condition data of the kind, shape, treatment amount and use treatment of the organic waste for prescribing the treatment condition of the treatment container 1, and a control panel 11 having a preliminarily registered treatment condition setting table and reading the condition data from the treatment condition setting table on the basis of the specific treatment condition data inputted from an operation means to set the treatment condition of the treatment container 1 to operate the treatment container 1.
