PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display and storage unit for coloring agents for systematically storing the coloring agents to be used for hair near a shop center part position by respective tones and respective lightness, easily selecting them from a display shelf near an operating position, making a customer feel a sense of security to an operation by showing mixing work simultaneously, and improving the efficiency of the work flow line of an operator further. SOLUTION: The display shelf 1 for storing the coloring agents is supported near the ceiling part of a beauty parlor or a barber shop, a hanger 4 for hanging half-used coloring agents is provided right below the display shelf, and a counter table 3 for the mixing work is provided therebelow holding a mixing work space 2 for performing the mixing work of the coloring agents there between.
