PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the draining of sampling needles. SOLUTION: A hole 20 reaching a tip 5b from a base end 5a is formed at the center of the sampling needle 5. When the sampling needle 5 penetrates a septum in a sample container and is inserted into a sample container, a flat surface 22 that is extended axially over the length exceeding the thickness of the septum of the sample container is formed at one portion of the outer surface of the sample needle 5 for releasing the pressurized state inside the sample container to atmospheric pressure.
