<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a magnet roller, which does not require a large-sized expensive molding machine and an expensive metallic mold or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the magnet roller, thermosetting resin is used as resin binder, and mixed raw material principally composed of the resin and magnetic powder is made slurry whose kinematic viscosity is ≤1,000mPa s at ordinary temperature, and the slurry is injected in the mold in the state of non-pressure (atmospheric pressure=0.1013Mpa) to 5Mpa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
