<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base for an operating table having movability for an operating table with a high stability, and capable of moving a patient support surface by using a carriage of the support surface. <P>SOLUTION: The base for the operation table has a support column 10 and a patient support surface, and a support frame which receives the support column 10 and is put on a steering roller, and one roller casing 28 is connected at each angle of the support frame, and the roller casing is almost same height of the support frame, and one steering roller is arranged at each roller casing, and the steering roller is supported on a floor and the height of the support frame can be controlled between the elongation position for holding the support frame with the fixed distance from the floor at each roller casing and the storage position for putting the support frame and/or the roller casing 28 on the floor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
