<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device capable of reliably protecting each equipment by determining the effect by the high-pressure side pressure accompanied by the refrigerant temperature from the starting stage. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerating cycle device comprises a compressor 1 to compress sucked refrigerant, a radiator 2 to radiate the heat of the refrigerant compressed by the compressor 1 into outside air to perform cooling, a pressure control means 3 which decompresses the refrigerant cooled by the radiator 2 and controls the refrigerant pressure on the outlet side of the radiator 2 based on the refrigerant temperature at the outlet side of the radiator 2, a temperature detection means 6 to detect the refrigerant temperature, and a control device 8 to control the compressor 1.
